Do we have to replace our booking engine or chatbot?

No. Everything works with the booking engine, PMS, channel manager and chatbot you already use, where they allow it. If you have a chatbot vendor, we work alongside them.

Will this conflict with our OTA contracts or rate parity?

Perks and member rates are only added where your contracts allow, and your revenue team signs off before anything goes live.

Can you guarantee more direct bookings?

No one honestly can. We agree a baseline from your own data before we start and report what changed against it.

What does the audit cost?

US$1,490, one-time. If you move on to the pilot or a retainer within 30 days of the walkthrough call, the full audit fee is credited. All prices are on the Get started page.

What do you need from us?

Access to your website and booking engine analytics, a contact in revenue or reservations, and sign-off on offers and messages. The audit itself needs very little of your time.

Do you work with hotel groups and chains?
